Refund and Returns Policy

This page is important. These terms and conditions are automatically accepted by anyone who purchases shoes from our site.

• • Normaly, clients can return shoes within 14 days of receiving them.
    The law then prohibits you from returning purchased items or extending your return policy.
  • The shoes must be returned at your expense. We will send you a replacement pair/size/color at no additional cost.
  • Returns will only be accepted if clients follow our exact return instructions.
    Warning! Clients are refusing to take instructions seriously and getting into trouble with unexpected and unpleasant costs.

Step 1:  File your Return Wish
The Sales-Corner does not have a Sales-Items Return Policy. To return any other items purchased, log in and use the Contact Form.
We cannot process returns if you don’t contact us prior to returning shoes. There are huge costs involved in incorrect procedures due to import duties and costs.

Step 2:  Return Goods To Sender
Only after we establish contact, you can return the shoes. Please follow our return instructions. We will send you an e-mail with the correct return instructions so that you can safely return the shoes. If you have not contacted us previously, we will not accept returns.

The most important aspect of returning shoes is that they are unwrapped, unworn and undamaged. We will be charged ridiculous amounts of Euro 60 to Euro85 for EU Import duties, Import handling and VAT if this is not done correctly. We will not and cannot accept your parcel. Your shoes may be returned to you if you are fortunate, or destroyed by the shipper on your account.

 

Step 3:  Shoes Returned Undamaged
Please remember that YOUR SHOES are YOUR PROPERTY.
The moment goods are not returned in the same condition they were received, your right to return them expires.
TRY ON THE SHOES ON A SOFT CARPET ONLY. When you put on the shoes, take the best care of them. Shoes must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Because of hard-ground use, no scratches are permitted on the soles. To avoid any disappointments with shipping back, we recommend that you take the best care of your shoes when fitting them. You must return your shoes within 14 days of receiving them in the same condition as when you received them.

 

Step 4: Selecting a new pair
If your current pair is not fitting, we will gladly ship the correct size or model. After receiving your shoes back, you will be able to select another pair of shoes or size from our website if all steps were followed. Select a model you like and it will be shipped to you. We will cover the shipping costs. You can choose models from our future collections if you don’t find the model you are looking for.
We will send new shoes to you if you return shoes. This is a one-time deal. You can return the shoes at your expense, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
For shoes that are lower in price, no money will be refunded. If you choose a more expensive pair of shoes, you will be notified by mail that you have to pay the difference before we can ship the new pair.

STORE CREDIT
You can get a store credit if you don’t find the right shoes for you within a year. Every month, new models are added online.

MONEY REFUND
Only certain cases will be able to get money back. This must be discussed with Lisadore before ordering the shoes or shipping them. Money is only refunded if the order total is less than the shipping costs. This includes the actual shipping costs, TAX (only for EU members), and the transaction and administration fees (VISA etc). International Bank Transfer Orders and Western Union Payment Orders are not eligible for refunds as the transaction costs are too high to be refunded.

You cannot return sales items! Sales items are shoes marked down from all brands, including Paso de Fuego Shoes or Galupi Shoes. We cannot offer both the return service and the low prices for these items.
